i thought about this and set my own secret challenge.
Everytime somebody says "wipes knob across screen" I actually wipe my knob across the screen and make sure the tip of said knob touches the name of the person causing me most angst at that time

That's it. Most times I have a ghost-day I just go down the cafe read the paper and have a plate of chips. The joy of stepping out of it all for 8 hours and then stepping back in having done nothing wrong is immense.
Fuck all the swingers and prostitutes shit. That's like taking time out of your life specifically make it shitter and more complicated.

I’ve had a secret life for years, call me a cunt but every so often I have to get away, tell the family im away with work but some times this isn’t strictly true, usually once or twice a year, been doing it less and in recent years and its over a year since my last trip, also keep my own online bank account which no one knows about and often do the same as the OP, take a day off but go to the movies, the beech or whatever, quite like my own company, in fact often prefer it, maybe no one will understand this but doing this keeps me on the straight and narrow, would never have an affair with another woman but Brass’s have been involved, its pure sex and a massage, no emotional stuff, some may say that’s just as bad, but the emotional bit is what is wrong if you play away not so much the physical, and expect many of has have done it at some point, also on my trip away I often end up on a mega piss up, which is when the brass thing happens, its almost like I let myself go for a few days each year and that keeps me good the rest of the year, not that anyone will understand, not that I even understand.
I’m fucked as to why I do it though, just every so often its like a drug addiction/urge that gets hold of me, then once I have done it I wonder why the fuck I did it and say never again, then about 6 to 9 months later the urge starts again and builds until I do it.

I sort of get this........an escape from real life.
That said, I couldn't be arsed to cover my tracks and all that stuff. I couldn't be unfaithful either.
My wife died from cancer 20 months ago, so this resonates as an escape opportunity.
